Most lottery programs use a process called wheeling in which entries
are selected from of a small group of numbers (perhaps 10 to 1
;5 in all).
In contrast, the LotWin32 system uses flexible and sophisticated ent
ry
selection tools which put control firmly in the hands of the user.
These tools are centred on the powerful Lottery Line Builder Engine.
The Lottery Line Builder.
LotWin32 uses filters to specify the characteristics of the entries to
be selected. The Line Builder builds a list of entries by examining
every one of the possible lottery entries (around 14 million entries
for a lotto 6/49, more or less for others) and checking each one agai
nst
the user's selected filters - all in a matter of seconds.
Filters.
LotWin32 offers up to 19 filter categories, each containing a ful
l range
of easily accessible filters. Filters can be one of two types: Group filt
ers
or Number filters.
Group filters work by grouping lottery numbers in various ways (e.g.,
into odd and even, or consecutive and non-consecutive numbers). The user
can specify how the numbers selected should be distributed between these
groups.
Number filters accept or reject lottery numbers according to their value,
for example by testing whether they belong to a predefined set of nu
mbers.
Suppose, for example, that you specify that you want your lottery pi
cks to
contain 1 odd and 5 even numbers. In addition you want your entries t
o include
the number 40 and to contain any two consecutive numbers. You also wa
nt the
difference between the lowest and highest lotto number drawn to be betwee
n
16-20. The Line Builder will list in under 4 seconds the 2,648 lo
ttery
entries (lotto 649) which match this specification.

2. Copy the included keygen to your install dir
\Program Files\LotWin32 Lottery Line Builder\
3. Start Lotwin32 and run the keygen
4. Upon first run of LotWin32 copy the serial # in box
5. Paste serial # inside keygen with any name and generate
6. Click on Purchase, Click on Code and enter the serial number
created by keygen

| REBELS merged with PANTERA in 1995. In November 199

| by Leddy from Rebels. Later on he left REBELS to work full time with |
| the cracking group CB4 (CELLBLOCK 4). CB4 merged with REBELS in |
| January 7th, 1997. Since then REBELS have rebelled the scene wi
